You can also add files to verify your account or to show us the issue, if you are experiencing any. Press “Submit” button to send the ticket and we will get back to you, as soon as our Support Team becomes available.

If your issue has been solved before receiving an answer, please close the ticket by going to Inbox and pressing “Close” button on the ticket you would like to close.

To reply to our answer, you do not need to create new question, please expand the ticket you would like to answer to by pressing “+” and add your comment.

Note: It is recommended that attachment should be a maximum of 10Mbs in size.
