1. Support for Registered Users:
To ask us a question, please go to the Messages on the header of the website (the link becomes visible while logged in). Press "Ask Question" button to create a new ticket. You can also add files to verify your account or to show us the issue, if you are experiencing any. Press the “Submit” button to send the ticket and we will get back to you, as soon as a member of our Support Team becomes available.
If your issue has been solved before receiving an answer, please close the ticket by going to the Inbox and pressing the “Close” button on the ticket you would like to close.
To reply to our answer, you do not need to create a new question. Please expand the ticket you would like an answer to by pressing “+” and add your comment.
Note: It is recommended that any attachment should be a maximum of 10Mbs in size.
